Okay..so i’m guilty…i love to drink coffee, tea, and dark sodas….

from that..i have stained teeth.

on the MSN homepage…they were mentioning something about teeth whitening…and i read the article and it said that Peroxide is what is used to whiten teeth !

So my question is…
Could I use regular peroxide on my toothbrush or something? Or do I have to dilute it…and if I do…how much?
What are the negative effects of using perioxide….because they did say that it DOES NOT cause tooth enamel decay…so…what could be wrong with it?

You can, my mom does it and her teeth are freakishly white. You don’t put peroxide on your toothbrush, you dilute about a cap full with some warm water and use it like mouth wash. It won’t hurt you, won’t do anything but whiten your teeth.
