Teeth Whitening

Okay..so i’m guilty…i love to drink coffee, tea, and dark sodas….

from that..i have stained teeth.

on the MSN homepage…they were mentioning something about teeth whitening…and i read the article and it said that Peroxide is what is used to whiten teeth !

So my question is…
Could I use regular peroxide on my toothbrush or something? Or do I have to dilute it…and if I do…how much?
What are the negative effects of using perioxide….because they did say that it DOES NOT cause tooth enamel decay…so…what could be wrong with it?

Any idea on how to improve you whiteness if your teeth are yellow?…I know not to drink soda, coffee, ect…. Does teeth whitening actually work?

I used the 7 day Crest Whitestrips Premium (about $25) and they worked really well. My gums started getting sore about halfway through, but I just cut back to one strip a day. Use them with the whitening rinse and toothpaste and you will be good to go. If your teeth need more whitening, do another kit.

My friend brushes her teeth twice a day, and always has since I’ve known her, but for some reason she has off white-slightly yellowish teeth. Her family doesn’t have a lot of money and she can’t afford to go to the dentists. What would be the most effective and cheapest method for whitening her teeth?

I had braces for 6 years…yeah a long time I know. OK so I’ve tried Crest whitestrips AND Rembrandt 2-Hour Whitening, and nothing seems to work! It’s not that my teeth are dirty, they’re just yellow. Is there any option besides going to the dentist to pay all the money to have them professionally whitened? If you have an idea could you please include full instructions? Thanks so much!

well zoom is about 350 dollars and is a good investment.. works great I think my teeth glowed in the dark. . instead of wasting 20 dollars here and there just save for it.. its worth it.. its your smile… I had braces too ,… kind of a celebration of getting them off.. really makes your smile bright
