I got my braces off like a month or two ago and my teethe haven’t ever been yellow but they were like really white before i got them on. So i want to whiten my teeth. What kind of teeth whitening products do you use? I’ve been using Crest whitening expressions, floss, Listerine mouth wash, and crest whitening strips daily renual after every meal. Is this good or should i be using different products and what kind of products do you use?

I recently got my braces off also. After I brush my teeth at night, I put some baking soda on my toothbrush and brush my teeth with that. It really works! And it works faster than any whitening strips, mouth wash, or floss I’ve heard of. Now I get complimented on my teeth all the time.

on the MSN homepage…they were mentioning something about teeth whitening…and i read the article and it said that Peroxide is what is used to whiten teeth !

So my question is…
Could I use regular peroxide on my toothbrush or something? Or do I have to dilute it…and if I do…how much?
What are the negative effects of using perioxide….because they did say that it DOES NOT cause tooth enamel decay…so…what could be wrong with it?

The most cheapest way and very economical. All you have to do is put toothpaste on your toothbrush and top it with a few pinch of baking soda…then you’ll have white teeth and you can have your million dollar smile friend!

We know toothpastes that claim to make teeth whiter are lies. I want to get my teeth professionally whitened (laser??)

thanksuse whitening toothpastes…or add baking soda to your regular toothpaste to brush your teeth….electronic toothbrushes also clean more effectively than regular ones….one last tip…eat strawberries every day, and rub them over your teeth for a minute or 2 (do it twice a day)…catherine zeta jones does this…and i started doing it a few months back….it worked pretty good, suprisingly…i guess its because strawberries have a very high level of antioxidants, and that helps to whiten the teeth!

im tryna go and buy one of those crest whitestrips type overnight whitening things. which one should i get?

my teeth arent really bad… i just want them whiteI buy the Crest Whitestrips. The regular ones, I think that they run around $25. They work the best for me, considering I drink coffee and smoke regularly. For the price that is. I tried the new Listerine dissovlable strips and YUK! They are gross!

I am getting my braces off on wednesday, and would like to find a good teeth whitening product since I haven’t been able to use any whitening product’s on my teeth while having braces on?

I just got most of my bottom brackets off today. YAY!! I’ve had braces for about 4 years, and I’ve had my top backets off since summer. Since I’m 14 (turning 15 in 6 days!
